We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to contribute to teaching AI chatbots. In this role, you will develop complex prompts to test AI models, craft high-quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate different model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. This position is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and are interested in the practical application of AI tools in real-world work environments. No prior AI experience is required.

The application process involves an assessment. Successful completion grants access to projects, and consistent high-quality work ensures regular project assignments. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities of an AI Chatbot Trainer

• Generate diverse conversations across a broad range of topics.
• Formulate high-quality, articulate answers to specific prompts.
• Compare and critically evaluate the performance of various AI models.
• Conduct thorough research and fact-check AI-generated responses for accuracy.

Qualifications for this Role

• Must be fluent in English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress) is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing small business communications and/or a background as a self-employed professional.
• Possess excellent writing and research capabilities.
• Exhibit strong fact-checking skills and the ability to work effectively and independently.
