We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to instruct AI chatbots. In this role, you will develop intricate prompts to test AI models, compose high-quality responses to set benchmarks, and critically evaluate various model outputs for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. This position is ideal for professionals who frequently manage business communications and possess an interest in the practical application of AI tools in professional settings. No prior AI experience is necessary.

The application process involves an assessment. Successful completion grants you access to projects. Consistent high-quality work will ensure a steady stream of projects. Our most successful contractors typically work between 5-40 hours per week.

• Projects offer a starting rate of $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for exceptional quality work.

Responsibilities of an AI Chatbot Trainer (Independent Contractor)

• Generate diverse conversational prompts across a wide array of topics.
• Craft high-quality, articulate answers in response to specific prompts.
• Compare and assess the performance of different AI models.
• Conduct thorough research and fact-checking for AI-generated responses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Demonstrated experience managing small business communications and/or being self-employed.
• Exceptional writing and research capabilities.
• Strong fact-checking skills and the ability to work effectively and independently.
