Role Overview: AI Chatbot Trainer
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to instruct AI chatbots. In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex prompts to test AI models, crafting high-quality responses to set a standard of excellence, and evaluating various model outputs for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. This position is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and possess an interest in the practical application of AI tools in real-world business environments. No prior experience with AI is necessary.
The application process includes an assessment. Successful completion grants access to projects, with ongoing project availability based on work quality. Our most successful candidates typically contribute between 5-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Generate diverse conversational prompts across various topics.
- Write high-quality, accurate answers in response to specific prompts.
- Compare and analyze the performance of different AI models.
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking for AI responses.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress).
- Experience in managing small business communications and/or self-employment.
- Exceptional writing and research capabilities.
- Strong fact-checking skills and the ability to work independently.
Important Information
Payment is processed via PayPal, with all currency conversions from USD handled by PayPal. DataAnnotation will never request payment from you. This role is open to applicants in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada only.
