We are actively seeking analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to join our team as AI Chatbot Trainers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex prompts to rigorously test AI models, crafting high-quality responses to set a standard of excellence, and meticulously evaluating different model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. This position is ideally suited for professionals who regularly manage business communications and possess a keen interest in the practical application of AI tools in real-world work environments. No prior AI experience is necessary to excel in this role.
The application process includes an assessment. Successful completion grants you access to various projects. Your consistent receipt of projects will be based on the quality of your work. Our most successful candidates typically engage for 5-40 hours per week.

- Projects offer competitive rates starting at $20+ per hour, with a bonus rate of $28 per hour for exceptionally high-quality work.
Responsibilities of an AI Chatbot Trainer
- Generate diverse and engaging conversations across a wide range of topics.
- Compose high-quality, accurate answers in response to specific prompts.
- Evaluate and compare the performance of different AI models objectively.
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy of AI responses.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress).
- Demonstrated experience managing small business communications and/or a background as a self-employed professional.
- Exceptional writing and research skills.
- Strong fact-checking abilities and a proven capacity for independent work.
