Scope of the Graduate Professional Services Reporting Analyst Role

The Graduate Professional Services Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Professional Services (PS) function, responsible for supporting project delivery through the provision of accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the project portfolio.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide project management assistance under guidance from senior team members.
• Liaise with customers (internal and external) at various levels, using clear and professional communication to build positive working relationships.
• Ensure email queries are managed efficiently and effectively to continuously exceed the service level target.
• Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and handle with integrity.
• Analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting processes.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to clearly communicate information to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the completion of assurance reviews across the project portfolio in line with established processes and guidance.
• Support the application of governance and assurance processes across the project portfolio.
• Support the Head of Professional Services to identify gaps and risks in the project performance baseline.
• Provide administration and coordination support as required, on a range of activities and projects within the team.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Formal qualification in Project Management, Business Management, or Information Technology (current students will be considered).
• Awareness of Atlassian tools, Power BI, and SharePoint is advantageous.
• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate messages to senior team members and colleagues across departments.
• Acute business acumen and desire to understand organisational issues and challenges.
• Experience in project reporting is desirable.
• A keen interest in the Financial Services and Banking industry.

This role is a 12-month, fixed term opportunity.
