About The DA Studio & LE7 Group
At The DA Studio & LE7 Group, we are looking for a Technical Office Architect who understands that great design is nothing without precise execution. This role is not for generic architects. We’re looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, technically sharp, and capable of translating design into buildable reality.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Preparing accurate and well-structured BOQs with full scope clarity
- Developing clear, professional specifications aligned with design intent and execution standards
- Producing and reviewing high-detail workshop drawings (joinery, marble, metal, façade, etc.)
- Coordinating with site, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges
- Supporting cost control through variations, material validation, and value engineering
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in BOQ preparation & specification writing
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD + Excel (Revit is a plus)
- Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods
- Experience in high-end villas, interiors, or fit-out projects
- Ability to produce clean, precise, and buildable workshop drawings
