Darwin Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious Unmanned AI & Software Technology start-up that has secured Series A funding of over $15m. Their proven drone warfare technology is actively used on the battlefield and supports NATO-aligned nations.
Role Summary
As the Director of Business Development - DefenseTech Europe Remote, you will be responsible for scaling revenue into the tens of millions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. You will shape go-to-market strategy, build new markets from scratch, and lead high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-tech defense solution sales strategies.
- Open up new markets and scale sales units.
- Manage relationships with decision makers in MoD, UAV Manufacturers, and major defense primes.
- Leverage a strong network and understand defense procurement across the EU, UK, Asia, and Middle East.
- Lead and inspire sales teams in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Compensation & Benefits
