Overview

DarkVision, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Data Python Developer to join our Data Development Team in North Vancouver, BC. This role supports the Data Analysis Delivery team by writing and maintaining scripts to automate analysis workflows and developing new deliverables for multi-million-dollar operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate analysis workflows.
  • Create and update analysis dashboards for project status and KPIs.
  • Streamline sustainable and scalable analysis procedures.
  • Collaborate with analysts, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to document and resolve issues.
  • Gather test data to validate new technologies and deliverables.
  • Innovate data visualization techniques for customer deliverables.
  • Assist in technical paper writing with the Product team.
  • Support debugging and documentation for analysis workflow enhancements.
  • Interface with Research, Machine Learning, Software, and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with production Python code and workflow automation scripts.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and Git.
  • Must work 100% on-site in North Vancouver, BC.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and meticulous documentation skills.
  • Experience in image processing, MATLAB, 3D data and rendering.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with Atlassian products.
  • Background in ultrasonic imaging and software or algorithm development.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time role with an anticipated salary range of $70,000 to $115,000 per year. Employees have full access to on-site amenities including a gym, squash court, climbing wall, and steam room.
