Role Summary

This hybrid role requires attendance two days a week in the London or Cambridge office. The Specialist AI Governance Advisor focuses on governing AI systems within Darktrace, particularly those integrated into the product suite. The role collaborates primarily with the GRC and Development teams to implement and continuously improve the Artificial Intelligence Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation and risks associated with AI systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement of AI Management System policies.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document AI Program Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Development teams.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in compliance, policy, law, or product management related to AI.
  • Excellent written communication to translate technical concepts into policy.
  • Knowledge of AI compliance frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST Risk Management Framework.
  • Familiarity with international AI regulation, including the EU AI Act.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles and common machine learning approaches including classical models, large language models, and generative AI.
