DAP is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to expand its brand by connecting strategic insights to both DIY and Professional end-users. This role is key in taking innovative products from conceptualization to market success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and intelligence gathering to understand trends and competition.
- Analyze data to develop category and product recommendations.
- Assess opportunities from ideation to market launch.
- Manage product portfolio and optimize existing product lines.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends for strategic positioning.
- Develop product roadmaps and execute Stage-Gate product management processes.
- Ensure profitability through effective commercialization support.
- Define product positioning, messaging, features, benefits, and pricing.
- Execute packaging processes aligned with corporate branding.
- Deliver presentations to internal teams and key strategic retail accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with 2+ years of product management experience. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or Hardware & Home Improvement industries, proven track record in product launches, profit & loss management, and strong project management skills are required.
