About The Team

The GenAI Journey & Enablement team is a core enabler of Danske Bank’s adoption of GenAI technologies. Working within a dynamic, cross-functional environment, the team collaborates with business leaders, product teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable solutions that directly support strategic priorities.

The Role

As a technology and business solution consultant, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business needs, and technical solutions to deliver impactful results. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to senior leaders, build expertise in GenAI technologies, and contribute to initiatives that directly shape Danske Bank’s strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising fit for purpose tech solutions that address business challenges in collaboration with business units and IT representatives.
• Problem-solving and strategic planning as it relates to technology.
• Crafting high-quality presentation materials and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, including leadership teams and executive committees.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of how GenAI solutions are communicated, adopted, and scaled across the bank.
• Communication: Translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders.
• Connecting strategy to practice: Translate strategic direction, priorities, and capabilities into clear community narratives that resonate with everyday business needs.
• Collaborating across stakeholders: Work closely with product teams, domain representatives, ambassadors, and other GenAI functions to align messaging, enablement, and engagement efforts.

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology. The ideal candidate brings:

• A university degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy execution, management consulting, PMO, or a related role, ideally within the financial sector.
• Experience with AI, digital platforms, or technology-driven initiatives.
• A proven ability to create engaging presentations and strategic narratives for senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil complex business and project data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and visual communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English (and fluency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage).
