Job Description

Summer Trainee in Centralized Customer Service at Danske Bank

As a Summer Trainee in Centralized Customer Service, you will deliver excellent customer experience and gain new insights into the daily banking services for personal customers. Your workdays will involve handling a variety of topics, such as online banking, payment cards, or accounts, while responding to customers’ needs. This is an interesting and educational summer job where you will strengthen your customer service and problem-solving skills.

In Centralized Customer Service, you will assist customers with their daily banking needs via telephone and other remote channels. Depending on the need, you may also work at our local branches, where you will meet customers face-to-face.

Your primary workplace will be in Pasila, Helsinki. You will work in the office from Monday to Friday during the summer holiday period, May-September 2026.

About you:

  • Genuine interest in banking and motivation to work towards delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment where you spend your time in frequent customer encounters.
  • Some experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.

Studies or work experience in financial field and Swedish language skills are an advantage.
