Your Role as a Summer Trainee in Customer Service
As a Summer Job in Customer Service at Danske Bank, you will be instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and gaining invaluable insights into the daily banking services for personal customers. Working within a branch setting, you will directly assist customers with their everyday banking and cash service requirements, interacting face-to-face, via telephone, or through digital messages.
Your primary workplace will be located in Helsinki, Vantaa, or Espoo. You are expected to work in the office from Monday to Friday throughout the summer holiday period, specifically from May to September 2026.
About You
- A genuine interest in banking and strong motivation to consistently deliver excellent customer experience.
- A willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by frequent customer interactions.
- Some prior experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Fluency in both Finnish and English is required.
Studies or work experience in the financial field, along with Swedish language skills, are considered advantageous.
