About the Role: Summer Customer Service Trainee at Danske Bank

As a Summer Customer Service Trainee at Danske Bank, you will be instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and gaining invaluable insights into the daily banking services tailored for personal customers. Your workdays will be dynamic, involving a diverse range of topics such as online banking, payment cards, and account management, all while actively responding to customer needs. This is an engaging and educational summer opportunity designed to significantly strengthen your customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Working within a branch, your responsibilities will include assisting customers face-to-face, as well as via telephone and messages, addressing their daily banking and cash service requirements.

Your primary workplace will be situated in one of the following locations: Helsinki, Vantaa, or Espoo. You will be expected to work in the office from Monday to Friday throughout the summer holiday period, specifically from May to September 2026.

About You

  • Genuine interest in banking and a strong motivation to consistently deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by frequent customer interactions.
  • Some prior experience in customer service or sales is required.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential.

Studies or prior work experience in the financial field, along with Swedish language skills, will be considered a significant advantage.
