About the Role
Are you motivated by building strong customer relationships and creating value for major real estate clients? Storkunder Ejendomme is seeking a new Senior Relationship Manager to manage an exciting portfolio of large professional real estate groups within the commercial property segment. You will be responsible for developing relationships with decision-makers in real estate companies and ensuring clients have a value-creating experience at Storkunder Ejendomme.
Unique Opportunity
Storkunder Ejendomme is Danske Bank Group's center of expertise for large real estate clients in Denmark, as well as a mortgage specialist for Denmark's largest companies and selected clients in the Nordics. We are also the group's spearhead in green financing for energy-efficient properties and other sustainable assets. In total, we are approximately 60 employees responsible for major professional real estate investors, general housing organizations, and administrators for owner and co-ownership associations.
You will join a team of 30 skilled employees located in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We advise and service large Danish and international real estate companies on their financial business. We combine customer needs with the bank's many solutions in daily finance, bank and mortgage loans, interest rate hedging – the possibilities are many with us. The position is based at the group's new headquarters in Postbyen, Copenhagen.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Primary responsibility for maintaining and developing collaboration with a portfolio of large Danish and international real estate companies.
- Be the focal point for the overall client team, leading and coordinating all initiatives towards clients.
- Develop client strategy and execute plans for individual clients.
- Acquisition of new potential clients.
Who we are looking for:
You are a dedicated team player and networker, and you know how to involve the right colleagues in the client team depending on the individual client. Additionally, you are:
- Good at understanding the client's situation and focusing on the customer experience.
- Proactive and opportunity-seeking in terms of increasing business collaboration.
- Curious about understanding and working with trends in the real estate industry.
- Independent, structured, and possess strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of financial products, including Danish mortgage credit.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
You ideally have a higher education of a financial nature and experience from financial institutions or similar industries. Relationship building is an important part of the role, as is the ability to proactively identify business opportunities. Most importantly, you have the skills and the desire to develop and take on a leadership role within the client team.
