About Danske Bank Cyber Operations

The Identity and Access Operations team is an integral part of Cyber Operations, situated within the Security, Resilience and Controls department. This department also encompasses Physical Security and Resilience, Nordic and Regulatory Collaboration, IT Business Risk & Controls, Cyber Design, and Cyber Build. Our Identity and Access Operations team is responsible for managing user and security administration across diverse multi-platform environments, including both centralized and decentralized systems. With a team of 28 employees, we operate across three strategic locations: Lithuania, India, and Denmark.

To further bolster Danske Bank’s robust cyber security defenses, we are actively seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our dedicated team in Denmark.

Danske Bank champions a high degree of workplace flexibility, and our team currently operates on a hybrid working model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities of an Identity and Access Management Specialist

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, encompassing provisioning, de-provisioning, workflow automation, and crucial compliance controls.
• Enable and facilitate secure access to information and digital assets, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best security practices, and Danske Bank’s comprehensive security policy.
• Oversee internal cryptographic key and certificate management to maintain robust security infrastructure.
• Manage external cryptographic key and certificate processes in collaboration with third parties.
• Administer internal MitID Business (LocalIdP) systems efficiently.
• Provide essential support to internal users of MitID Business.
• Handle certificates within the RACF system on the mainframe.
• Create and meticulously maintain all relevant documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in supporting user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks, and general IT security policies.
• Demonstrated experience with cryptographic key and certificate management.
• Strong critical thinking skills, enabling you to effectively understand problems, approve, or suggest solutions that guarantee service delivery, maintain proper access, and minimize risk and financial exposure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• A higher degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Beneficial: Mainframe knowledge.
• Beneficial: Relevant security certifications (e.g., SSCP, Security+, etc.).
