About Danone Zoetermeer

At our location in Zoetermeer, over 550 colleagues work daily on the production of medical nutrition for vulnerable target groups – such as babies, the elderly, and the sick. Quality requirements are extremely high. A strong focus on training, development, and knowledge retention is therefore essential within our factory. The Learning & Development department plays a crucial role in this.

Role Responsibilities

As an L&D Coordinator, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and optimizing all learning activities within our factory. You will work closely with managers, HR, trainers, and employees on the shop floor.

Your Main Tasks

• You organize and coordinate training by aligning with managers and trainers, informing participants in a timely manner, and ensuring that all materials, resources, and facilities are optimally arranged.
• You accurately perform all administrative L&D tasks and monitor them by maintaining registrations, documents, reports, and certificates fully, promptly, and according to audit standards.
• You manage the LMS by creating training courses, enrolling employees, monitoring compliance, and providing reports that help managers oversee progress and compliance.
• You manage the L&D mailbox by answering or forwarding questions and requests quickly and customer-friendly, ensuring colleagues always receive clear and timely support.
• You contribute to L&D projects by actively participating in discussions about content and approach. This could include developing a new training program, for example.
• You monitor progress and compliance by tracking training statuses, identifying deviations, creating reports, and supporting actions that ensure employees meet mandatory training requirements on time.

What You Bring

• Minimum MBO 4 or HBO level education
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Affinity with a production environment
• You are hands-on and proactive
• Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
• You are willing to travel to our production location in Zoetermeer (this means the job is on-site at this location)
