We are looking for a Technicien Analyse de Défaillance. This position is based in Sartrouville (78).
Your main mission will be to conduct in-depth technical analyses to identify the root causes of product failures, within a framework of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform failure analysis on customer returns: identify causes, draft 8D reports, prepare repair quotes.
- Prepare repair orders for production.
- Analyze production defects and prescribe appropriate repairs.
- Define, document, and improve failure analysis methodologies and tools.
- Manage performance indicators related to analyses (response times, work in progress, etc.).
- Ensure the team's skill level and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Alert the Quality Manager and relevant departments about new or recurring problems.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+2 or equivalent in Electronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- Autonomy in conducting technical analyses.
- Curiosity and initiative.
- Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- English B1+ proficiency.
