Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical recommendations to shape future strategy.
- Lead the set-up and execution of Companion Diagnostics projects.
- Engage with Pharma partners and manage expectations.
- Review and approve technical project outputs.
- Mentor and guide the broader R&D team.
Essential Requirements
- Significant R&D experience in immunohistochemistry, histopathology, chemistry, and pathology imaging.
- Experience in developing Companion Diagnostics products.
- Experience managing external stakeholders including Pharma.
- Familiarity with FDA and BSI regulatory environments.
- Ability to serve as a technical mentor.
Preferred Experience
- Troubleshooting complex scientific/technical problems.
- Building a wide professional network.
- Managing technical project aspects.
