About the Role

The Lead Business Analyst Oracle EBS Finance Mfg Costing at Danaher supports and maintains the Oracle EBS System and associated sub-systems in Finance and Manufacturing Costing functions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Applications, you will join the IT Oracle EBS team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, one of Danaher's global operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business users to define and analyze problems while aligning solutions.
  • Solicit, develop, document, and manage detailed business and system requirements.
  • Design and support business processes through the project lifecycle and change control.
  • Address complex issues, perform in-depth data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to report issues and implement resolutions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Requires an undergraduate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree and 7+ years. Must have 7+ years in maintaining and supporting Oracle EBS (R12.2+) with sub-systems in Finance/Mfg Costing and 5+ years as a Business Analyst. Additional plus if you have techno-functional experience with Finance and Manufacturing Costing, PMP certification, or exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
