Your Role
As a Sales Executive at Dalux, you will be crucial in fostering growth within the Dutch market. This involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and establishing Dalux as the premier ConTech partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to expand Dalux’s presence in the Netherlands.
- Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new customers while building long-term partnerships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value derived from our software.
- Leading the entire sales process: from needs analysis and solution presentations to proposals and negotiations.
- Representing Dalux at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Collaborating closely with European colleagues to exchange knowledge and best practices.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, ConTech, or a related field.
- A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to forge lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, structured approach coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.
- The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from site managers to C-level executives.
