We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager for our office in Frankfurt to support us in expanding and further developing the German market. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing customers and accompanying them from implementation to intensive use of our software solutions. With your know-how and technical understanding, you will address the individual needs and industry-specific requirements of our customers and advise them on digitalization through our software solutions. You will continuously build strong and long-term customer relationships and help identify and develop new applications and extensions for our products. In this way, we collectively ensure the Dalux experience that our customers are accustomed to.

Your Challenges

• With your service-oriented mindset and technical knowledge, you ensure that our customers successfully implement the software solutions and fully exploit their potential.
• You advise and support our customers in the application and understanding of our software solutions.
• You build and maintain sustainable, trusting, and successful customer relationships.
• You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments, guaranteeing outstanding customer satisfaction.
• You participate in events and trade fairs to expand your knowledge and represent Dalux.

What You Should Bring

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• You have already gained initial experience as a Customer Success Manager, BIM Coordinator, or in a similar position and achieved successful results. Alternatively, you have user experience with digitalization tools.
• You have sound knowledge of processes in the construction and real estate industry, as well as related industry standards such as BIM.
• Your working style is characterized by high customer and service orientation and a hands-on mentality.
• You are a true team player and have excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
