The Assistant Manager County Clerk - Recording at Dallas County assists in managing processing activities, planning, assigning, and supervising the work of both exempt and non-exempt staff. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring work processes, collecting performance data, and recommending improvements.
- Hiring, training, evaluating performance, coordinating staff assignments, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal laws and court procedures.
- Assisting with budget preparation and data reporting.
- Representing the department in oral presentations, hearings, and meetings.
Qualifications
The role requires education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in standard software applications. Knowledge of legal and court procedures is a plus.
