New Business Development Manager Role

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to UK businesses. This fast-paced, desk-based role focuses on generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, as well as managing and converting warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored sales solutions
  • Manage your own sales pipeline with monthly revenue and KPI targets
  • Identify key decision makers and initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Receive coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

Qualifications

We are looking for driven individuals with sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the determination to thrive in a target-driven environment. B2B sales experience is an advantage.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: £40,000 OTE (Including £25,000 basic) with uncapped commission. Location: Nelson (5 days office based). Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
