Role Overview - New Business Development Manager
In this fast-paced, desk-based role, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and manage warm leads. Reporting to sales management, you will build strong client relationships and deliver tailored sales solutions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Manage your own sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue and KPI targets
- Identify key decision makers and initiate conversations with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
- Receive coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
We seek driven individuals with sales or business development experience. Excellent phone and written communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and thrive in a target-driven environment are essential.
