Job Details

Product Puller

Perform a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receiving, storing, and distributing tasks.
  • Pull and stack product based on daily orders.
  • Meet specific customer orders timely.
  • Maintain products separated, organized, and rotated.
  • Support and report on preventative maintenance plans.
  • Monitor product quality and report issues.
  • Complete production and quality logs.
  • Furnish accurate counts on load tags and paperwork.
  • Document information in accordance with SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Report food safety and quality issues immediately.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
  • Follow DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and adhere to food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
  • Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to write legibly for record keeping.
  • Competence with company computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
