Job Summary

Our DFA/Kemps Dairy is seeking fast-paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery. Operators will work in various stations including warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environments.

Compensation & Schedule

Operators make $22.65 per hour with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend during most of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack cases up to 6-8 high
• Willingness to work in wet and cold environments (35–40°F)
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends and holidays
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals
