The Role

As a Facilitator, Learning and Development on the Learning & Development Team within Shared Services, you will work closely with the Customer Operations organization to facilitate training programs. Your key responsibilities include creating training materials, facilitating sessions, and collaborating with BPO partners globally.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Create internal Knowledge Base content and support scripting.
  • Develop agent training modules including ILT and e-learning.
  • Produce ad hoc communication content like newsletters and slack posts.
  • Conduct in-person (including overseas travel) and virtual training sessions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to update training materials.
  • Identify and drive improvements in support reference content.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in Learning & Development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and editorial skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite; e-learning module creation is a plus.
  • Hands-on stakeholder engagement and content creation experience.
  • Experience with remote and virtual training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
