The Role
DailyPay is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership team. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate schedules, and communicate on behalf of key company executives while building trusting relationships across the organization.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing inquiries and meetings.
- Coordinate schedules for board committees, team meetings, and external engagements.
- Provide meeting support including logistics, agendas, and materials.
- Distribute materials to internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Ensure seamless handling of multiple priorities and follow-up on external outreaches.
