Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits & Payroll)
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll for a growing multi-state organization.
- Manage and evaluate benefits offerings to ensure they support employee well-being and remain competitive in the market.
- Review compensation structures, including base pay, commission programs, and heavy bonus incentive plans, ensuring they remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with company performance as the organization grows.
- Ensure payroll operations are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal and state regulations.
Talent Strategy
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain strong leaders and professionals across a rapidly growing, multi-location organization.
- Support high-volume hiring across 60+ locations, including maintaining evergreen pipelines for key operational roles.
- Forecast hiring needs tied to expansion and production goals.
- Strengthen onboarding and retention practices to ensure new hires ramp quickly and stay engaged.
Leadership Infrastructure
- Develop programs that strengthen managers and prepare future leaders through training, coaching, and clear development pathways.
- Establish clear expectations for performance management, coaching, and accountability.
- Support succession planning and internal leadership development.
- Guide leaders through complex employee relations issues and people decisions, including performance concerns, investigations, terminations, and conflict resolution, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company standards.
HR Systems That Scale
- Build HR processes, policies, and systems that support a rapidly growing organization.
- Ensure compliance while keeping HR practices practical and aligned with business needs.
- Implement systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, performance management, onboarding) that support a multi-state workforce.
- Improve reporting and HR data visibility by building clear, actionable dashboards and metrics that give leaders real-time insight into hiring, retention, performance, and workforce trends to support better decision-making.
