Role Overview

The User Experience Researcher will plan, design, and conduct UX research projects impacting millions of users worldwide such as educators, learners, and administrators. Working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and developers, you will help shape innovative educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute UX research projects
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, and Development teams
  • Conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and literature reviews
  • Analyze research data to provide actionable insights
  • Manage participant recruitment and ensure confidentiality
  • Present research findings in engaging formats
  • Contribute to UX research processes and documentation

Qualifications

Degree in Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX Design or related field. 1-3 years of relevant research experience in academic or UX contexts.
