Job Summary

The Campaign Desk Marketing Operations and Automation role acts as a key connector across the organization. It focuses on coordinating campaign execution, managing team capacity, and ensuring alignment across multiple marketing channels.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Campaign Desk Leadership: Serve as the go-to contact for marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Program & Campaign Management: Support planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Request Triage & Intake: Manage and prioritize incoming cross-functional requests.
  • Bandwidth & Resource Tracking: Monitor team capacity and flag potential resource constraints.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine marketing operations processes using tools like JIRA.
  • Marketing Automation: Oversee marketing automation systems to ensure workflow efficiency.
