Job Summary
The Business Development Representative EMEA is responsible for promoting D2L products and services, establishing customer relationships, and delivering qualified leads to the Sales teams. The role focuses on Higher Education and Corporate sectors, requiring strong communication skills, proactive lead generation, and effective pipeline management.

- Engage in outbound calling and generate sales opportunities
- Qualify leads from multiple marketing initiatives
- Utilize tools like SFDC, Zoom Info, Outreach, Chorus AI, and Vidyard
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Experience in Business Development with B2B or Enterprise focus
- Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments and evolving market demands
- Experience in the eLearning, education, or high tech sectors preferred
- Ability to use AI-powered sales engagement and CRM tools effectively
- Willingness to travel locally and globally
