About The Role
The Director, Program Management, Product Operations leads a team of project managers to oversee customer-facing and internal product operations programs. Responsibilities include managing product installations, upgrades, maintenance, internal readiness initiatives, process improvements, and scaling the on-call program.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of project managers in a high accountability culture.
- Manage customer-facing programs ensuring quality, schedule, and satisfaction.
- Drive internal process improvements and operational readiness initiatives.
- Oversee and optimize the on-call program with clear coverage and metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, HW Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales.
- Establish schedules, milestones, and hold teams accountable; manage risks proactively.
- Define and improve program management practices for consistency across the organization.
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and capacity planning.
About You
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), PMP or similar certification, 10+ years of program/project management experience (with 5+ years in leadership), and a background in technology or product-focused environments. Must demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, risk management, and clear communication skills.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: 141,610 - 262,990 USD (Remote, United States) | 141,610 - 262,990 CAD (Remote, Canada)
