About D Group
Our organization is entering a new phase of digital maturity and development, with the goal of creating a strong in-house software development team and producing strategic digital products and infrastructure. In this context, we are looking for a Tech Lead Architect CTO Track, who will be responsible for designing the technological architecture, building and guiding the development team, and shaping the organization's long-term technological strategy, with a clear prospect of evolving into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role.
This position is aimed at high-level professionals with a strong technical background, architectural thinking, and proven leadership skills, who wish to play a decisive role in shaping a modern technological ecosystem.
Strategic Role
The Tech Lead Architect CTO Track will form the core of the organization's technological leadership and will be responsible for:
- Designing the overall architecture of information systems and applications.
- Selecting technological platforms and architectural patterns.
- Creating and developing an in-house team of software engineers.
- Aligning technology with business objectives.
- Shaping the technological strategy at the management level.

Technology Architecture & Innovation
- Design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Defining technology stack and architectural patterns.

Leadership & Team Development
- Designing the organizational structure of the development team.

- Converting business requirements into technological solutions.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile
Technical Background
- At least 7–10 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in designing system architectures.
- Excellent knowledge of backend technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js or similar).
- Experience in modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Leadership & Strategic Skills
- Experience in leading technical teams or large projects.
- Strategic thinking and architectural perception.
- Ability to communicate at management and stakeholder levels.
- Business mindset and ability to connect technology with business value.
