In this context, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our equipment at customer sites. From installation to maintenance, troubleshooting, and promoting service contracts, you directly contribute to operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team, based in France (ideally in the Paris region), and is 100% remote with customer travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and qualification of equipment at customer sites
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and prioritize urgent interventions
- Act as a key customer contact, promote our services, and report identified commercial opportunities
Candidate Profile
Education And Experience
- Degree from Bachelor’s to Master’s level (BAC+2 to BAC+5) in industrial maintenance, biotechnology, physical measurements, chemistry, or equivalent
- Initial experience in field service or mobile maintenance is an advantage
- Motivated entry‑level candidates with a strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
