Oracle EPM Cloud Business Analyst
Overview: This role requires hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience, with preference for candidates holding an Oracle EPM certification. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EPM modules including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, and more. Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable EPM solutions. Design and build data models, forms, business rules, and reports within Oracle EPM. Manage integrations between EPM and ERP systems, such as Oracle Cloud ERP. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of EPM applications. Conduct user training and create detailed documentation for system processes and configurations. Stay current with Oracle EPM updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes. Experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate. Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager) and data integration tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. An Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
