Overview
The Project Manager at Project Manager in Cypress Creek Renewables guides utility-scale solar and BESS projects through the entire lifecycle. This role involves early development, pre-construction planning, execution, and commercial operation phases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct constructability reviews, site visits and permitting coordination with Development.
- Develop detailed project management strategies including budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate budgeting, cash forecasting and risk mitigation with stakeholders.
- Manage the EPC RFP process, supplier selection and contract negotiations.
- Oversee EPC contractors for safe, high quality, on time, on budget delivery.
- Act as the company face to build strong external and internal relationships.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts and permitting requirements.
- Report on cash flow, schedules and project risks to management.
- Coordinate Operations and Maintenance handoff at Final Acceptance.
Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in renewable energy, industrial construction or capital project management is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, Sales Force, and SharePoint is preferred.

This role is remote with a preferred location in Houston, Texas.
