Technical Analyst - IT/GIS
Cyient is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You will play a key part in supporting and extending Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for Business Relationship Management (BRM) workflows.
Responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, managing network connectivity and security for BRM services in collaboration with other teams. You will also be responsible for integrating and maintaining ArcGIS services and spatial data pipelines. Key duties involve monitoring system health, performing essential patching and backups, and participating in incident response.
Additionally, you will be expected to meticulously document designs and solutions, and deliver knowledge transfers to relevant parties.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration experience.
- Server administration fundamentals: Windows Server and Linux (shell, services, virtualization).
- Networking principles: routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
- ArcGIS Server/Portal experience and spatial data management.
- Scripting abilities in PowerShell and Python, along with REST API integration.
Preferred Skills:
