The Opportunity
The Associate Customer Success Engineer will optimize customer utilization and ROI on the Cyera Platform, ensuring high customer satisfaction while directly engaging with clients. Expect 25-50% travel annually to conduct on-site engagements, training, and technical workshops.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
- Establish trust with customers from practitioners to executives.
- Drive customer adoption through onboarding and tailored training.
- Understand customer requirements to design customized use cases.
- Ensure customers maximize ROI and sustain long term adoption.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational obstacles.
- Advocate customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Utilize self-paced training resources for ongoing education.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor customer health.
- Collaborate on joint success plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting languages.
- Experience with APIs, web services and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to lead both technical workshops and executive meetings.
- Self-starter capable of working autonomously in a startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range is $100,000-$120,000. Additional variable compensation such as bonus, equity, and benefits may apply. Benefits include remote work capability with office reimbursement, competitive salary, unlimited PTO, paid holidays and sick time, plus health, vision, and dental insurance.
