Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security measures to protect networks, systems, and data across various organizations.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and investigating threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain secure systems, infrastructures, and applications.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate weaknesses.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.).
- Perform penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of security defenses and recommend improvements.
