Traveling Superintendent

This project focuses on high-complexity telecommunications infrastructure modernization, essential for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM). Responsibilities include constructing Main Computer Rooms (MCRs) and executing renovations across various buildings. Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site supervision for daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, code, and contract specifications.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade foremen, and site personnel to optimize productivity, quality, and schedule.
Enforce stringent safety programs, including OSHA and client-specific requirements, through regular briefings and monitoring.
