Traveling Superintendent - High End Retail
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects for high-end retail brands. This role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail construction and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities for high-end retail projects.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury retail construction.

- Experience with high-end brands such as Gucci, Prada, Dior, and others is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
