Position Overview

The Remote SEC Audit Manager will lead the full-cycle audit process, from initial scoping and planning to post-implementation evaluations and reporting. The role manages audit engagements, reviews deliverables, identifies key risk areas, and provides feedback to team members while ensuring compliance with PCAOB standards and SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements with detailed planning and scoping
• Perform audit procedures and review audit staff work
• Ensure compliance with PCAOB and regulatory standards
• Identify and assess key risk areas
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide internal and external reporting as needed
• Complete audit engagements within deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is required
• Robust knowledge of SEC and PCAOB regulations
• Previous audit experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Experience with remote working tools and technologies
