Construction Project Manager

CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing general contractor with offices in New Mexico and Arizona, managing projects from pre-construction through punchout. Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple ground-up construction projects simultaneously.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers.
  • Lead projects from pre-construction phases through final punchout.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 3-8+ years of construction experience.
  • Must have experience with Multifamily projects.
  • Experience with commercial projects is required.
  • 5+ years of commercial Project Management experience.
  • Experience with medical, education, or government projects is a major plus.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore required, others like Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Projects, Sage 300 CRE/Timberline, Sage Intacct, AutoCAD are a plus).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
