About the role
Job Overview
CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a commercial General Contractor specializing in ground-up construction projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors. This is a new role within a growing company of approximately 50 employees with offices in New Mexico and Arizona. The company has multiple projects scheduled to break ground in mid-2025 and continued work into 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through punchout.
- Manage and lead a team of Project Managers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3-8+ years of construction experience.
- Experience with multifamily construction is mandatory.
- 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
- Experience with medical, education, or government projects is a major plus.
- Proficiency in ProCore software is a major plus.
- Required software experience: Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Projects, ProCore, or similar.
- Preferred software experience: Sage 300 CRE/Timberline and/or Sage Intacct, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not provided.
