Overview

Join our team as an Audit Manager with Education Experience at CyberCoders. In this role, you will supervise engagement teams, prepare evaluations, ensure quality, and drive professional development. You will work on independent audits for educational institutions and contribute to the firm’s thought leadership in the Education practice.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise engagement team and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations
  • Monitor staff productivity and adherence to work plans
  • Maintain open communication with staff and clients
  • Stay updated on industry developments and pursue continuous education
  • Contribute to thought leadership in the Education practice
  • Anticipate client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
  • Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy
  • Lead the team with a collaborative and flexible approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
  • 5 - 7+ years of auditing experience with independent or charter schools
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
