Responsibilities

• Supervise engagement teams and prepare evaluations for staff.
• Monitor productivity and adherence to assignment schedules.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments and pursue ongoing education.
• Contribute to thought leadership in the Education practice.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Review financial statements and related disclosures for quality and accuracy.
• Lead the team with an emphasis on collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5 - 7+ years auditing experience, especially within independent or charter schools.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
