About the Role: Remote Virtual Admin
Cyberbacker Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Admin. Key Responsibilities
- Performing transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing necessary paperwork for various administrative needs.
- Scheduling consultations and appointments with clients.
- Compiling and emailing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating virtual files and databases.
- Building and managing ongoing task lists to ensure timely completion.
- Overseeing and executing a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote working experience, candidates must meet the following technical specifications:
- Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core i3 (6th -12th gen)/ i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
