Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Transcription of various documents and communications.
- Preparing necessary paperwork for clients and internal processes.
- Scheduling consultations with clients efficiently.
- Preparing and emailing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Updating virtual files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Building and maintaining an ongoing task list for administrative duties.
- Overseeing general administrative tasks to support operations.
- Performing various other administrative tasks as needed.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, candidates must meet the following technical specifications:
