Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Transcription of various documents and communications.
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for clients and internal processes.
  • Scheduling consultations with clients efficiently.
  • Preparing and emailing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Updating virtual files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Building and maintaining an ongoing task list for administrative duties.
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks to support operations.
  • Performing various other administrative tasks as needed.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, candidates must meet the following technical specifications:

  • Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core i3 (6th -12th gen) / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
